Returns and Exchanges

Our Policies for Returns/Exchanges

Something not quite right? Returns or Exchanges are easy, within 30 days of fulfillment for your original order. Does not apply to already exchanged items.

Couple of things: You still have 30 days to decide, but hangtags need to be intact and the item unworn. All original packaging should be sent back to us.

Original shipping amount will not be refunded for your returned order.

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned order.

 

How do I make a Return/Exchange?

Changed your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as your product is unworn, unused, unwashed and has not been already been exchanged within 30 days of fulfillment, all you need to do is the following:

  • Check your box for your packing sheet with your order number. You can also find this in your Southern Hat Co order confirmation email.
  • Send us an email at CONTACT@SOUTHERNHATCOAPPAREL.COM to get your Return/Exchange started.
  • You'll get emails as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be sent to the original payment method.

 

Product Defects and Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team within 60 Days of your order being delivered. When contacting us please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.

All Products sold during our "Top Secret" Sales are FINAL Sale - No Returns/Exchanges as they are deeply discounted.

Returns/Exchanges from Shows 

If you have purchased the products at an event or show directly from Southern Hat Co Apparel you will have to cover the shipping charge to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping back to your location. All of our show Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase by contacting Southern Hat Co directly by contacting Customer Service at (912) 585-3534 or CONTACT@SOUTHERNHATCOAPPAREL.COM

Gifts and Free Merchandise

Southern Hat Co can only offer exchanges of the same value for gift/free merchandise items. In order to make the exchange smooth we will need the name of the gifter in order to process it.

Purchases from Southern Hat Co Retailers

If you bought an item from a Southern Hat Co Retailer and not directly from us, you will have to make the return/exchange at the location it was originally purchased at. Returns that are received by Southern Hat Co that were not purchased from us cannot be processed.

International Customers

Return shipping costs may vary, and customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time. Once we receive your return you will be refunded less original shipping charges.

October, November and December Orders (Holiday Orders)

All orders placed between the months October, November, and December must be returned/exchanged before January 31st of the new year.
